Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Domestic US shipping takes 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS. Expedited options are available at checkout. International orders take 7–21 days depending on the destination.

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. If you don't see it, check your spam folder, or contact us with your order details.
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll sort it out — replacement or refund, your choice.
Returns & Exchanges
30-day returns on most items. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Hardware that has been installed is not eligible for return. See the full Return Policy.
Use the Contact form with your order number and reason for return. We'll email you a prepaid return label for domestic US orders. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically 2–3 business days), refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll get an email confirmation.
Sizing (Merch)
Our tees are unisex, heavyweight, and run true to size. If you prefer a looser fit, size up. Hoodies are also true-to-size with a slightly relaxed fit. Size charts are available on the product pages.
Our shirts are pre-shrunk, so minimal shrinkage. Wash cold, tumble dry low to keep the print sharp and extend the life of the fabric.
Yes — exchanges for different sizes are free within 30 days, as long as the item is unworn and unwashed. Contact us to start the exchange.
Product Care
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry on low or hang dry. Do not bleach. Iron on low heat away from printed areas. This keeps the print vibrant wash after wash.
Each hardware item ships with instructions. If you're unsure, we recommend having a qualified guitar tech handle installation — especially for components requiring drilling or routing. Once hardware is installed, it cannot be returned.
Compatibility info is listed on each product page. Common Fender and Gibson-style specs are covered. If you're not sure whether a part fits your guitar, send us a message — we'll tell you straight.

Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel or modify orders within 1–2 hours of placement. Once an order ships, it can only be returned per our return policy.
