Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- In original packaging with all included accessories
- Not installed (for hardware items)
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed guitar hardware — once a part has been mounted, fitted, or modified, it cannot be returned
- Items with obvious signs of use or wear
- Sale or clearance items marked "final sale"
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
Use our Contact form with your order number and the reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions.
For US domestic orders, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 2–3 business days), we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Processing time after approval: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
Exchanges
We offer free size exchanges on apparel within 30 days, as long as the item is unworn and unwashed. Contact us to arrange an exchange — we'll send the replacement once we receive the original.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us within 14 days. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.
