Domestic Shipping (US)
- Standard (3–5 business days): Free on orders $75+, otherwise $5.99
- Expedited (2 business days): $12.99
- Overnight: $24.99 (order by 12pm EST for same-day dispatch)
We ship via USPS and UPS. Carrier selection depends on your location and order size.
International Shipping
- Canada & Mexico: $14.99 flat rate, 5–12 business days
- Europe: $18.99 flat rate, 7–16 business days
- Rest of World: $22.99 flat rate, 10–21 business days
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or VAT charged by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping charge and are collected by your local customs authority.
Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day. Processing takes 2–3 business days before dispatch.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. If you haven't received a tracking email within 4 business days of your order, check your spam folder first, then contact us.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll file a claim with the carrier and either send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Address Issues
Double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you catch a mistake, contact us immediately — we can correct it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
